Overview

Role - Service Advisor/Service Receptionist

Salary - £31,500 basic OTE £39,000 (Realistic) (Plus overtime)

Location - Cheltenham

Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Cheltenham, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. As well as sales of Service Plans, and additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
• Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales.
• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and working hours

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £31,500, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning £39,000 (Currently the team is overachieving).

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings PAID AT OVERTIME (£100 per morning).
