We are looking for motivated & professional individuals to join our team as Dental Service Advisors. As the first point of contact for members of the public, you will play a vital role in answering inbound calls & directing patients to the most appropriate service with care & professionalism.

Main duties of the job

  • Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be empathetic and a good listener
  • The skill to manage sensitive and emotional calls from a range of sources

We are looking for:

Our service runs 8am-10pm, 7 days a week, with rota patterns agreed within these hours.

Flexible Rota Patterns Available We're offering a variety of part-time shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:

  • 1 30.5 hrs
  • 2 21.5 hrs
  • 3 29.75 hrs
  • 4 19.25 hrs
  • 4 16 hrs
  • 3 14 hrs

Role location: office based in either Peterborough or Bedford. Please note that training will be held in Peterborough so the ability to travel is necessary.
