Job summary

A busy Main Car Dealership in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide professional customer interactions and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, excellent communication skills, and a full driving license. This position offers a basic salary of £24,000 with an OTE of £32,000, working Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2-years experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with a main dealership.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are informed of service and repair work required.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs.
• Sell additional products to meet customer needs.
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
• Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document warranty work according to manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
