• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor with a customer service environment or main car dealership.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
• Previous experience in upselling is required.
• Full manual UK Driving License – Subject to drivers check.

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
