Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Birmingham.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, plus working Saturdays on a rota basis.

Basic salary up to £32,000 plus benefits with a bonus OTE of £38,000.

A company vehicle will be provided upon successful certification and accreditation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure workflow, hit and exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.
• Book customer vehicles for maintenance and/or repairs, and liaise with the workshop team to schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide them with a seamless service, from drop‑off to vehicle handover.
• Update customers on progress, authorise additional work, and make follow‑up calls.
• Liaise with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customer vehicles are ready on time.

About you

• Have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and quickly establish rapport with customers.
• Be a well‑presented individual with the desire, attitude and character to succeed.
• Have previous experience in a customer‑service role, ideally working to key targets to deliver customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
• Possess good organisation and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is an advantage but not essential.
• Have motor‑trade, automotive or car‑dealership experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
