Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales and service enquiries.
  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
  • Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Raise invoices, collect payments, and process paperwork accurately.
  • Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
  • Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
  • Uphold Ford's commitment to quality, transparency, and trust.
Qualifications
  • An experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred).
