Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Birmingham is seeking a Service Advisor to arrange service bookings and manage customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of DMS systems, and strong upselling abilities. This position offers a basic salary of £25,000 with OTE of £33,000.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Experience in upselling works and service plans required.
• Familiarity with DMS systems beneficial.
