A leading automotive dealership in the UK is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join their team. This role concentrates on providing outstanding customer care and effective communication between customers and the workshop. Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong organisational skills. The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends, to deliver the highest service quality.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner MINI Wolverhampton.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage while answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will additionally give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by MINI to support your career.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
