Are you a Senior Service Advisor or similar looking to work for a well-established family‑run company known for their great working environment, who look after their people, offer training, bonuses and future opportunities to progress into service management?

On offer is the opportunity to join a family‑owned business who are one the largest providers of Used Vans in the UK, they are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals who want help them continue their success.

This role will involve working within a tight‑knit team and will see you responsible for allocating workflow to technicians, handle customer enquiries, accurately evaluate needs based on vehicle health‑checks, assist on reception and ensure accurate records in line with dealership policies. The aim for this person is to take the lead and target promotion into service management.

This role would suit a Senior Service Advisor or similar looking for a permanent role, within a family‑run automotive dealer who have a great environment, provide bespoke training and the opportunity to progress into a Service Manager position.

The Role
  • Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to technicians
  • Handle inbound enquiries via email, telephone and face to face
  • Training to progress into Leadership roles
  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30AM-12:30PM)
