Your Role:

As a key part of the aftersales team, you'll ensure efficient service operations by managing customer bookings, coordinating workshop schedules, and delivering excellent service. You'll be the link between customers and technicians, keeping workflows streamlined and service levels high.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling customer service bookings and incoming calls

• Preparing and processing job cards accurately

• Scheduling work and coordinating workshop activity

• Supporting efficiency and workflow management within the service department

• Maintaining clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams

What They're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry (car or commercial)

• Confidence in booking management and workshop scheduling

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to work well under pressure

• A team player who is proactive and solution-oriented

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (your choice!)

• 1 Saturday per month (8 AM - 12 PM)
