A local car dealership in England is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer communication skills. Service Advisor – Automotive Main Car Dealership

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Car Dealership who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Basildon area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Benefits
  • Company: Franchise/Main Car Dealer
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm. Saturdays on rota 8:00am – 1:00pm.
  • Basic Salary: up to £26,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
  • OTE: up to £35,000
Requirements
  • A working experience within a Service Advisor role
  • The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
  • Customer‑focused and an excellent communicator
  • Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
