Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers at the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorizations for work
• Liaising with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
