Job summary

Lookers Crewe BMW is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty cover, and upselling parts to customers.

You will coordinate appointments with the Aftersales department and manage a high volume of customer enquiries both in person and online. You’ll maintain accurate records, communicate turnaround times clearly, and work with our Service Manager to deliver first-class customer service in a

As a Service Advisor at BMW, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development, as well as learning from our current Service Manager.

You must have heaps of energy, a warmpersonalityand a real passion for delivering afirst classcustomer experienceeach and everytime. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical informationin a way that is clearand concise.Previousexperience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
