ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Edgware – North West London
SALARY: £28,600 basic, 40k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor

• Responding to customer requests

• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
