Overview

Service Advisor – Chippenham

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus & Overtime

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Advise on costs, time scales and what will happen during the service or repair.
• Work in a busy dealership environment, handling volumes while maintaining quality customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show knowledge, confidence and driven manner.
• Steady work history
• At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade / car dealership as a Service Advisor
• Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential; experience with some dealership system.
• Confident, friendly and professional with a strong customer service background.
