SUMMARY OF DUTIES
  • First point of contact for the service line (dispatch, opening work orders, creating PO’s, service calls and general customer inquiries)
  • Support technicians with dispatch and scheduling of service calls, maintenance work and planned repairs
  • Maintain training matrix for service technicians‑book training courses and travel as required
  • Engagement and support for NS service shared general inbox
  • Support for FMO administrators, as required
  • Administrative support for managers, supervisors, working foreman and service technicians
  • Attend weekly WIP meetings with OPS supervisor and working foreman assisting in management of the WIP reports
  • Adding new vendors and customers to JD Edwards
  • Manage PO RNV (purchase order‑received not yet vouchered) report for service technicians
  • Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare customer reports as required
