Travail are recruiting for a Service Administrator for a family‑owned company that retains that “family feel” where policy is to promote staff from within ensuring that managers and representatives all have grassroots experience.

Responsibilities
  • Administration support to Workshop and Service Departments for multi‑site operation.
  • Responsible for arranging training and booking accommodation.
  • Process external and internal invoices for workshop costs.
  • Process warranty claim credits.
  • Data entry of all information into Excel and bespoke databases.
Qualifications
  • Experience with service administration and an understanding of invoicing and accounts.
  • Experience in a heavy data entry role.
  • Conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experienced with working to challenging deadlines.
  • Computer literate with excellent skills with Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport due to location.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, 40 hours per week.

This role would suit anyone from the warranty, service, aftersales, claims processor, data entry specialist industry.
