A well-known charity organization is seeking two Service Administrators to join their Leicestershire Residential Services team. This full-time role involves providing administrative and financial support across residential homes to ensure effective service delivery for vulnerable children and families. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organizational abilities. Flexibility to travel to various homes is essential. Interviews are scheduled in December and January, and early applications are encouraged.
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for two Service Administrators to join our dynamic and growing Leicestershire Residential Services team on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this vital role, you'll provide high‑quality administrative and financial support across our residential homes, helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of services that deliver essential care to some of the most vulnerable children, young people, and families in Leicestershire.
Base Location: Ivan House, Coalville
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We are also open to part‑time arrangements (18.125 hours per week) through a job share. If this is your preference, please clearly indicate it in your written application.
Travel: Flexibility to travel to our eight residential homes across Coalville, Hinckley, Syston, Mountsorrel, Braunstone, and Market Harborough is essential.
