Job summary

A new pub and restaurant in Marylebone is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Waiting team. As a member of this front-of-house team, you will ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering menu assistance, and working collaboratively with team members. Previous experience in a high-end establishment is preferred but not essential. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, providing an excellent opportunity to grow in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
• Ideally looking for a minimum of one year experience in a high-end, food-led business.

Overview

The Hart in Marylebone is opening September 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our front of house team at our newest venue opening September 2025. The Hart in Marylebone provides exceptional dining and drinking experiences with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, serving high quality food and beverages and delivering outstanding customer service.

The Hart in Marylebone will open in September 2025. There will be a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.

Salary

• Salary - £13 per hour + Service Charge & Tips

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
