A reputable healthcare organization in Dartford seeks a Server Infrastructure Technical Engineer to maintain and support IT services. The role involves managing servers, storage, and security while providing technical support to clinical and administrative staff across multiple sites. The Information Communication Technology Department has a vacancy for an ICT Server Infrastructure Technical Engineer.
The role of Server Infrastructure Technical Engineer is to maintain service capability of the Trusts IT infrastructure, specifically in the area of Systems, Servers, Storage, Security, Big Data, Virtualisation and Datacentre Support. The position provides technical expertise across a range of relevant IT technologies.
The server infrastructure team will provide expert-level IT technical support to over 5000 clinical and administrative colleagues across multiple sites including Darent Valley, Queen Marys Sidcup, Erith and Gravesend plus a number of other community based clinical staff.
This role is both technical and operational and will involve the day to day running of the IT support service to agreed service levels and installation of new hardware and systems.
The positions will actively partake in the Trust ICT On Call Rota
