GiGi is seeking a Server to join The Dining Room team in Manchester. You will be at the heart of guest experiences, delivering warmth, confidence and impeccable service from arrival to departure while working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for hospitality, thrive in fast-paced settings, and communicate clearly to build memorable connections with every guest. This is an on-site role in a vibrant dining environment.

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.

• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave
• Build genuine connections with guests and anticipate their needs before they have to ask
• Know our menu, ingredients and dishes inside out, confidently answering questions and making thoughtful recommendations
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every detail is communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver food and drinks with pride, confidence and exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain a natural rhythm of service, ensuring every course arrives at the right moment and the experience feels effortless
• Be attentive without being intrusive, reading the table and adapting your service to every guest
• Confidently recommend dishes, drinks and additional experiences where appropriate, always with the guest at the heart of the conversation
• Maintain your section to the highest standard, ensuring tables are polished, organised and ready for every guest
• Communicate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar and wider front-of-house team to keep service flowing effortlessly
• Handle guest requests with care, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Support the wider restaurant team wherever needed, because exceptional hospitality is always a team effort
