Job summary

The Blues Kitchen Manchester is seeking a friendly and confident Server to join its fast-paced, late-night venue. You’ll run your section, welcome guests, take and relay orders, and recommend food and drinks while working closely with floor and bar teams to keep service smooth.

We’re looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your section and making sure guests are well looked after throughout their visit.
• Welcoming guests with a friendly and genuine approach.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Confidence managing a section during busy service.
• Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
• Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music.

What To Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71â £13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
