A leading law firm in Portsmouth is seeking a Serious Injury Lawyer or Legal Executive to join their growing Serious Injury department. You will handle a caseload of high-value, multi-track Personal Injury files while assisting senior solicitors with complex cases and supporting junior team members. This role offers hybrid working with office trips once or twice a month and a competitive remuneration package.

Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid Working - 1 or 2 office trips a month)

About the Company:

A leading Yorkshire-based firm is currently seeking a high-performing and ambitious Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Serious Injury department.

About the Role:

Your caseload will consist of high-value, multi-track Personal Injury files only. You will also assist a senior solicitor with more complex Catastrophic Injury cases and support junior team members in their development.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a small caseload of Multi-Track / Serious Injury files
• Assist Senior Solicitor with complex Catastrophic Injury cases
• Support the development of junior team members

Required Skills:

• Experience handling Multi-Track / Serious Injury files
• Good academic background and interpersonal skills

Pay range and compensation package:

This role is primarily home-based, with modern office facilities near Leeds for monthly meetings.
