We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the role

We seek an experienced SEO Specialist reporting to one of our SEO Managers to become part of our tight‑knit team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced setting, collaborates well within a team, and can adapt to various brands and industries.

This role will be pivotal in executing high‑quality deliverables, and we are looking for someone who can both uphold our current processes and drive innovation. A balance of technical know‑how and creative thinking is essential, as you will engage in diverse facets of SEO.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor client websites daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure that the SEO channel meets its targets (North Star Metrics)
  • Analyse performance data and create insightful reports
  • Deliver SEO components in alignment with an integrated marketing strategy
  • Build strong relationships within the broader client team, including marketing, in‑house developers, content writers, and social media teams
  • Perform keyword research and identification
  • Confidently manage client communications, providing proactive updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Contribute to client strategy discussions and performance reviews

  • Proven experience in client management and relationship building

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Outstanding planning, organisational, and communication skills, enabling you to juggle multiple projects and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, interpreting data and deriving insight
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt when necessary
  • Eagerness to learn and adjust to evolving market landscapes
Desirable
  • Previous agency experience within SEO, digital marketing, or PR
  • Experience in account growth or upselling services
  • Knowledge of content strategy, link‑building, and technical audits
  • Understanding of wider digital channels (PPC, social, CRO)
