ABOUT THE JOB
  • Lead technical SEO work including audits, diagnostics and monitoring across crawling, indexing, site performance and structure data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, Content, and Paid Media teams
  • Translate complex SEO findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Oversee day-to-day SEO activities across technical, content, links and dev. work.
  • Drive innovation in response to future search trends including AEO, GEO and evolving SERP formats
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring delivery, reporting and high-quality output
  • You will be a key member of the UK SEO team, actively contributing to wider SEO topics and sharing knowledge and learnings across the group. In parallel, you will take ownership of driving organic growth for First Choice, working in close alignment with the wider First Choice business and other digital channels to deliver synergies.
ABOUT YOU
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge.
  • In depth understanding of crawling, indexing, JavaScript, HTML, rendering, CWV, hreflang, and structured data
  • Hands-on experience with server log analysis
  • Experience in international SEO: Hreflang and ccTLD
  • Proficiency with tools such as Botify, Ahrefs, SEOmonitor, Conductor and Screaming Frog.
  • Comfortable working in agile setups using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.com
  • Ability to simplify and present SEO insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with CDNs such as Akamai or Cloudfare
  • Curious about how AI is reshaping search, with appetite to test new approaches
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to lead workstreams independently
