Job summary

Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust in London seeks a Band 6 Radiographer to cover X-ray across two sites, Stanmore and Bolsover Street. The role requires HCPC registration and at least 2 years NHS experience, with experience in general X-ray and a willingness to train in DXA as needed.

You will rotate between Stanmore and central London sites, work across all imaging areas, and be involved in teaching junior staff while maintaining high-quality diagnostic images and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years NHS experience.
• HCPC registered radiographer with good general X-ray experience.
• DXA scanning experience desirable but not essential; training will be given where required.

Responsibilities

• Rotates between Stanmore and Bolsover Street.Wwork across all X-ray department areas including theatres, Fluoroscopy, general X-ray, HiRise CT, EOS and DEXA centre.
• Provide high quality diagnostic images while prioritising patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists, radiographers and assistants and contribute to teaching of students and junior staff.
• Manage workload and adapt techniques to meet complex patient requirements.
