UnWork is seeking a Technology Consultant to help clients understand and predict the impact of emerging technology. You will lead end-to-end engagements, define scope and roadmaps, and contribute to business development, thought leadership and client pitches.

You will work across smart buildings, data analytics, AI, and digital workplace platforms, with hybrid working in London and short-term remote options. 5+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience developing and implementing workplace and building technology strategies, in consultancy/advisory settings.
• Strong ability to translate business and user needs into practical technology strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across digital experience strategy, workplace technology strategy, and workplace apps advisory.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines and resources; oversee the wider consulting team.
• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze client needs and trends to shape strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
• Develop proposals, fee estimates and client pitches to support growth.
• Stay current with digital workplace platforms, tools and AI-enabled apps.
• Represent the firm at events to drive profile and brand awareness.
• Contribute to internal IP development and thought leadership.
