Job summary

FOLIO in London is seeking a technically capable senior architect to lead the retrofit of a landmark workplace project. You will deliver and package work for RIBA stage 4 under the guidance of an established associate, coordinating fit-out design and managing a package of work for a high-profile office scheme.

The role requires a Part III RIBA Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience, and a track record in high-spec UK commercial offices and complex retrofits.

Qualifications

• Part III RIBA Architect with 5+ years post qualification experience and focus on RIBA Stages 4+5.
• Experience working on high-spec UK commercial offices including complex retrofit of existing buildings.
• Ability to run a small team on a package of work.
• Confident liaising with client, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent graphical skills, acute attention to detail with design and technical rigour demonstrated by a beautiful portfolio of your own work.
• Available to start within 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and packaging of architectural packages for RIBA stage 4 submission.

Technically capable senior architect with revit to deliver significant London retrofit scheme at one of London's more prestigious design names, who's thoughtful and contextual responses to the reinvention of existing buildings has won them AJ, RIBA and FX Awards.

Position:

This is a role for an architect to bring their deliver and package skills to standout London design firm who are consistently winning awards for their thoughtful and contextual responses to the reinvention of existing buildings. You will join to work under an established associate on the fit out design and coordination of a landmark workplace project in an iconic location, producing and managing packages for RIBA stage 4 submission. This is permanent long term role to join the wider studio, so there are also opportunities to contribute to other projects at varying stages.

Candidate:

• Part III RIBA Architect with 5+ years post qualification experience and a focus on RIBA Stages 4+5.
