Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale Workday implementations.
• Deep Workday HCM and enterprise HR technology knowledge.
• Strong governance, risk management and delivery experience.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technology teams across global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery of the News UK Workday implementation.
• Provide overall technology leadership across design, architecture, integration and data workstreams.
• Own the technology readiness for design through go-live and transition to BAU.
• Manage risks, dependencies and key decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Coach and lead a multidisciplinary delivery team across global teams.
