Qualifications

  • 1-2 completed cycles using Workday Talent & Performance.
  • Experience in driving adoption and configuration of HCM tools.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and gather stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules.
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap for enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders for continuous improvements.
  • Test new functionalities and manage incident resolution.
