Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) Sr. Manager to implement and maintain the WHS Management System for the Fulfillment Center in the UK. You will partner with site leadership to build a strong safety culture and actively engage associates.

You will lead site risk assessments, COSHH for pharmaceutical ingredients, incident reporting, and quarterly safety plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement with the Sr. Director WHS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level safety or related degree required.
• NEBOSH General Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, implement, and drive WHS policies and training.
• Lead site-wide risk assessments and COSHH implementations.
• Develop monthly safety metrics and quarterly safety plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaison with regulators.
