Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join School Based Needs teams within MHSTs. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based 1-1 and group interventions for children, young people and families, alongside advising schools and supporting whole-school mental health initiatives.

Successful candidates will engage in the mandatory 2-year SWP advance clinical skills and supervisor training at the University of Southampton, with EMHP

Qualifications

• Accredited EMHP or CWP with two years post-qualification experience.
• Foundation training completed and recognised.
• Postgraduate Diploma SWP course to be completed as part of role.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based 1-1 and group CBT/Wellbeing interventions.
• Provide advice and consultation to schools on mental health.
• Lead whole-school approaches to mental health and support CWPs/EMHPs.
