RDT Ltd in Kings Hill, Kent, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Web (Squad Lead) to own the technical delivery of a small squad building web applications with Blazor and C#. The role combines hands-on coding with people leadership, reporting to the Head of Software Engineering.

You will lead a team delivering cloud-native apps in Azure, shaping technical solutions, and collaborating with product owners and customers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) and .NET technologies.
• Strong C# development and design of cloud-native applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API design principles.
• Experience with design systems or shared component libraries.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small squad (3–5 engineers) delivering Blazor/C# web apps and maintain code quality.
• Own technical direction and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Line-manage engineers including 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery managers on priorities and risk.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve velocity and quality.
