Overview

Working for a well known Finance Company based in Peterborough, my client is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to work with their dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to build new MVC websites, using Agile development methodology
• Collaborate with designers to implement frontend designs using HTML, SASS, JavaScript and Asp.Net, to deliver responsive sites that meet their precise specifications
• Develop and integrate Web APIs to support the frontend sites and automate business processes
• Extend service APIs, by replacing legacy services, and creating service gateways for integration into the legacy systems
• Set up test, UAT and live environments/continuous integration pipelines, for new sites using Azure, Azure Dev-Ops and IIS, including deployment tests to detect major issues as early as possible
• Maintain DNS records and SSL certificates for sites and services
• Research, implement and document new tools and technologies to improve workflow.
• Develop Back End Systems
• Full Stack Development

You will also be required to mentor staff.
