Job description

Are you a seasoned Wealth Adviser?

We are expanding and want you to be a part of our journey as an industry‑recognized leader in Wealth Advisory services.

What does the role entail?

We’re looking for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner with a strong track record of working with high‑net‑worth (HNW) individuals. As a challenger in the industry, we seek individuals with excellent financial planning, wealth consulting, and technical skills; a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset; and a strong network to match. You will have established relationships with introducers and be able to demonstrate a track record of growing a book of HNW clients.

As a Senior Wealth Adviser with Isio Wealth Planning, you will support and drive our engagement and success through:

  • Engaging your extensive external network to grow a book of clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to further relationships and be introduced to their clients.
  • Providing exceptional advice and service to clients through both initial and ongoing engagements.
  • Supporting our continued growth by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.
  • Building our profile, reputation and engagement both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring Isio Wealth Planning is a credible and integrated part of our wider Isio proposition, adding value to both internal and external introducers and their clients.
  • Contributing materially to the growth aspirations of the business.
  • Ensuring all advice is compliant and meets the high standards we are reputed for.
What we're looking for
  • Chartered status, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Wealth Adviser.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a high‑net‑worth (HNW) client base through engagement with internal and external networks.
  • Evidence of providing a wide range of holistic advice to clients.
  • Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.
  • Established network of external firms who have introduced individuals to you.
  • Strong reputation of excellence in client advice and service.
  • Ability and presence to establish credibility, confidence, gravitas, and trust in both one‑on‑one situations and group environments.
Where is the role?

You can be based in any of our nationwide offices. We have a hybrid workstyle with an expectation of working a couple of days from home per week. As a business we believe in building strong communities amongst our employees – both across locations and teams, hosting regular team building, charity, and social events.
