Job summary

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is assisting a London-based Partner Practice of a leading wealth management firm to hire a Senior Administration professional. The role delivers high-level administrative and client support to Wealth Planners for high-net-worth clients, ensuring efficient case processing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or IFA administration.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning.
• Experience using industry systems such as Xplan or Intelliflo is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with a professional client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage diaries and coordinate client meetings.
• Prepare client meeting packs and documentation.
• Record and summarise meeting notes accurately.
• Prepare and submit new business and complex application forms.
• Track case progress from submission through to completion.
• Ensure all business is processed in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Support full client onboarding process.
• Complete AML and CDD checks.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Use CRM and financial planning systems to manage client information.
• Liaise with providers to obtain updates and resolve queries.
