Job summary

Agency Bell is seeking a Senior Wayfinding Designer to lead design across wayfinding, placemaking, and visual identity. You will take concepts through to on-site delivery, guiding projects from strategy to signs and spaces.

Join a collaborative studio with a global reach and a focus on accessible design. You will mentor junior designers, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver thoughtful, user-centered environments.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of wayfinding and environmental design projects.
• Experience leading design work from concept to delivery, including budgeting.
• Ability to manage clients and oversee on-site teams.
• Mentor junior designers and lead a project team.
• Excellent presentation and collaboration with architects and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver design systems, guidelines, drawings, and specs at conceptual, tender and construction stages.
• Turn research and strategy into user-friendly wayfinding design.
• Design across environments with emphasis on accessibility and practicality.
• Collaborate with 3D designers, architects, clients, and contractors.
• Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Manage multiple projects and mentor Junior team members.
• Contribute to bids and tender documents.
• Join a friendly, professional and committed team.
