Job summary

Keller Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects from our new office in Kent, Washington. You will take ownership, shape how work is done, and help grow a new practice with a focus on client solutions and team development.

You will collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver innovative designs, manage budgets, and maintain schedules while mentoring staff and expanding the West Coast footprint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Eight or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • Current Professional Engineer licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead municipal infrastructure projects and be a driving force in how work is pursued, teams are developed, and the practice evolves.
  • Deliver innovative solutions for client challenges in coordination with engineers, specialists, and clients.
  • Take ownership of senior-level projects and help grow a new water and wastewater practice from the ground up.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and manage schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Summary

The Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager will work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions for our client’s challenges. Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent project management skills and superb attention to detail

  • Comfortable developing project fees and estimates
  • Demonstrated success managing aggressive project schedules

  • Capable of working as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to work successfully with experts in multiple disciplines with a range of approaches
  • Proficient with applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling software
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
