A leading port business in the UK is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operative to work the 16:30pm – 01:00am shift. Responsibilities include coaching the team, conducting inventory checks, and acting as the responsible person for safety protocols. For this, we will offer a salary of £33,480.72.

Location: Felixstowe
Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday
The five main things our Senior Warehouse Operative will be working on are:
  • Various types of MHE including Counterbalance, MLOP, Flexi.
  • Conducting frequent inventory checks and inspections.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing the team.
  • Deputising for the team leader when required.
  • Acting as responsible person (first aider, fire marshal and racking inspector).
We are seeking someone who:
  • Has at least a counterbalance certificate.
  • Preferably has flexi or MLOP experience.
  • Is comfortable working at heights of up to 5 meters.
  • Communicates well with others.
  • Has an eye for detail.
