Based at our Virgin Media site in Dundee. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines warehouse responsibilities, customer interaction, and driving duties – no two days are the same!

This opportunity is offered on a full‑time, permanent contract where you will be working Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top‑tier Health & Safety standards
  • Delivering excellent service to all customers – polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling
  • Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently
  • Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team
  • Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution‑focused
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations
  • Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
  • Category B driving licence is essential
