Job summary

MorePeople, on behalf of a successful independent garden centre in the South West, is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to shape the look, feel and inspiration behind the customer journey.

You will own visual merchandising from concept to execution, delivering seasonal displays and working closely with buying and leadership teams to uphold high presentation standards and commercial goals. Garden centre experience is advantageous, with openness to related premium retail backgrounds.

The Role

You will take ownership of visual merchandising from concept through to execution, ensuring every display, feature space and seasonal launch is engaging, impactful and aligned to the business' high standards.

• Planning and delivering seasonal and promotional visual merchandising projects.
• Creating inspiring displays that encourage customers to bring ideas into their own homes.
• Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across all retail departments.
• Working closely with buying, retail and leadership teams to ensure visual standards support commercial objectives.
• Developing creative concepts that enhance the customer journey and overall shopping experience.
• Leading display installations and ensuring consistency throughout the centre.
• Reviewing layouts, product placement and visual standards to maximise customer engagement.
