As a Senior Visual Designer at R/GA, you’ll be responsible for defining concepts, creating design strategies and systems, and overseeing the delivery of visual design artifacts across projects. We are looking for a mix of conceptual thinking, design craft and flair to create meaningful and memorable work.

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Senior Visual Designer at R/GA:

On any given day:

• Create best in class design outputs in line with agency standards.
• Create designs such as user interface, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography and presentation narratives.
• Concept and collaborate with strategy, creative, XD and technology to ensure design work exceeds expectations.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to lead the design craft and execute the creative vision.
• Manage and maintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
• Mentor and manage Designers and Junior Designers.
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
• Execute design work to ensure final deliverables meet R/GA standards and client expectations.

• Has a proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and an advanced understanding of design.
• Has a passion for design and is aware of emerging trends and technologies.
• Has a proactive, positive attitude and is able to work independently if required.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail when creating design artifacts and assets.
• Must have experience in creating user interface designs for responsive websites, products and mobile applications.
• Has outstanding presentation skills.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients.
• Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace.
• Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
• Is able to create and craft award winning work.

You bring:

• Advanced knowledge of design fundamentals and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote and emerging AI tools.
• Prototyping experience.
• Motion design experience is a plus.
