Job summary

Legon Influence is seeking a Videographer/Creative Producer to be the first in-house team member, shaping bold media content. You’ll shoot, edit, and craft stories from events and meetings, building a global audience across platforms.

You’ll lead a new YouTube show about entrepreneurs who have exited and turning around businesses, while developing new formats and owning the production process with a strong creative vision.

Qualifications

• You should be technically excellent with a camera and able to create professional video content.
• Strong editing skills and ability to cut short and long form content yourself.
• Understanding of YouTube and short form content and what drives engagement.
• Ability to recognise what makes a conversation or situation interesting and turn it into a story.
• Aesthetic sense and enthusiasm for developing new formats rather than copying existing ones.
• Desire to contribute ideas and take ownership of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Film the founder's world, travel to events and shoots, capturing planned content and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Lead a new YouTube show centred on exited entrepreneurs and business turnarounds.
• Create short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop formats and recurring ideas to entertain business audiences.
• Own production by understanding what is interesting and turning it into a great story.
