Job description

Very competitive salary + package and benefits

London | Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

Talentedge is delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised Media organisation at an exciting point of transformation across technology, data, analytics and product.

We are looking for an experienced SVP of Product Enablement to establish and lead a new UK-focused product enablement function. This individual will play a pivotal role in bringing global technology products to life within the UK market, translating business and client needs into clear product strategy, and ultimately driving adoption, commercial value and measurable client impact.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable operating across product, technology, commercial strategy and client engagement.

You will be responsible for:
  • Setting and delivering the UK product and technology enablement strategy.
  • Bringing global products and platforms to the UK market, ensuring they are relevant, commercially viable and aligned to client needs.
  • Defining product capabilities, priorities, limitations and future development opportunities.
  • Building, developing and leading a high-performing product enablement function.
  • Navigating a complex global matrix, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning priorities across teams.
  • Partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and shape effective solutions.
  • Developing compelling go-to-market strategies, narratives and commercial propositions.
  • Leading subject-matter experts to solve complex client and business challenges.
  • Bringing greater structure and discipline to product development, capability decisions and platform evolution.
  • Driving product adoption, client satisfaction and commercial performance.
What we're looking for:
  • Significant product leadership experience across product strategy, development, commercialisation or enablement.
  • A proven track record of taking products or platforms from strategy through to successful market adoption and commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, systems architecture and how products operate within broader technology and data ecosystems.
  • The credibility to work effectively with highly technical teams without needing to be a hands-on developer.
  • Experience shaping go-to-market strategies, positioning products and clearly articulating value to clients.
  • A track record of operating successfully within ambiguity and ideally building a new function, team or capability from the ground up.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex organisations.
  • Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A strong combination of commercial awareness and client-centric thinking.
  • An understanding of AI and its growing role across product, technology and modern operating models.
Backgrounds of interest:

We are open-minded on sector background, although relevant experience is likely to come from large technology or data-led organisations, martech, adtech, media or platform-based businesses.

Of particular interest would be individuals with experience across streaming or media platforms, major technology businesses, DSPs, SSPs or similarly sophisticated product, technology and data ecosystems.

The exact job title is less important than the depth and relevance of your experience. We would welcome applications from Heads of Product, Product Directors, VP Product, Heads of Product Strategy, Heads of Product Commercialisation, Heads of Product Enablement, CPO-level leaders or equivalent.

This is not a traditional engineering leadership position. It is an opportunity for a product-led, commercially minded technology leader who can connect strategy, capability, clients and execution, while building something new within a complex global organisation.
