Job description

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days), but we're happy to consider flexible working arrangements. You'll be primarily based at our Barnstaple practice, with occasional travel to South Molton.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team and deliver exceptional veterinary and client care.
  • Help shape the clinical direction of the practice.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Play an active role in the continued success and development of the clinic.
  • Cater to a high surgical caseload.
