We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary professional looking to step into a leadership role and help guide a talented team of veterinary professionals. Salary: £64,000 - £66,000 per annum (including allowances)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor the veterinary team, providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Clinical Management: Ensure high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that best practices are adhered to across the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other senior team members to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain a high level of client care.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding care and delivering gold-standard services.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and the effective management of resources to deliver efficient and effective care.
