MedMatch in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead a multidisciplinary team in a modern hospital with in-house diagnostics. The role focuses on clinical leadership, operational performance, and delivering life-changing care to pets and their families.

Permanent – Full-Time. Flexible start, experience with complex surgical cases preferred, and a strong leadership background is essential. Up to £77,000 per annum (D.O.E.).

Qualifications

• Must hold a Veterinary Surgeon qualification and be registered.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a veterinary setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex surgical cases and team performance.
