Broadstairs Vets for Pets in Broadstairs is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice.

You’ll have around five years’ experience, confidence to work independently and a desire to develop a clinical interest with support from our team. The role offers 30–40 hours per week, negotiable weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including 5.6 weeks leave, CPD funding, and no out-of-hours commitments.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary surgeon with around five years' experience or more.
• Confident in independent case management and clinical decision-making.
• Welcomes development of specific clinical interests with support from the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage own cases with autonomy and professional judgment.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and discuss cases.
• Develop and pursue personal clinical interests within the practice.
