Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Narberth, Pembrokeshire is recruiting a Master Vehicle Technician for a leading UK dealer group with 90+ years of experience. This is a busy franchise workshop offering development opportunities and a structured career path.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work. Starting salary up to £20 per hour, with overtime paid at half rate and a company car scheme.

Qualifications

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and senior/master technician status.
• Level 3/4 EV/Hybrid maintenance qualification required or advantageous.
• UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate repairs and servicing on a range of vehicles.
• Ensure work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Provide diagnostic support and coach junior technicians.
• Mentor team members to improve workshop efficiency.
• Communicate repair progress and issues with customers.
• Complete work within set timeframes and maintain safety standards.
