Job summary

Adelphi Values PROVE in the UK seeks a Senior Value Analyst to generate and communicate evidence for healthcare decision making, market access and reimbursement. You will lead literature reviews, syntheses and value messages for payer and clinician audiences, supporting HTA submissions and dossier development.

The role involves coordinating expert elicitation, evidence planning, and delivering client-facing outputs while mentoring junior team members in a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (life sciences, health economics or public health).
• Experience in HEOR/market access or outcomes research environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
• Experience delivering client deliverables, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead literature reviews, data extraction, quality assessment and synthesis.
• Develop value propositions and translate evidence into clear messaging.
• Contribute to HTA submissions and value dossiers.
• Coordinate expert elicitation studies and primary research activities.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations and insights.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support project delivery.
